Commercial AV Upgrade — Nelson Hotel Conference Facilities
Full AV system refresh across three conference rooms and the main ballroom at a Nelson hotel, replacing legacy analogue distribution with a networked Dante system. Completed over two phases to keep the venue operational throughout.

School Security System Refresh — Tasman Primary
Phased upgrade of a fifteen-year-old analogue CCTV and access-control system at a primary school in Tasman, replacing end-of-life DVRs with IP cameras and adding fob-based door access across six external gates.

Marina Wireless Bridge — Marlborough Sounds
Point-to-point wireless bridge connecting a remote marina office to broadband for the first time, overcoming a 2.3 km water crossing with no direct line of sight. Designed, installed and commissioned over a single weekend.
