Every system handed over is tested and commissioned properly rather than just switched on and left, with a written test report so the client (or their facilities team) has an actual record of what was checked and what the results were, not just a verbal “it’s all good.” This applies to AV, security, access control and networking installs alike — whatever the system, it’s tested against how the site actually needs to use it before sign-off.
Ongoing maintenance
Scheduled preventative maintenance contracts and annual system health checks keep an existing system working the way it did on day one, rather than waiting for something to fail before it’s looked at — connections and terminations inspected, settings and configuration reviewed, and any drift from spec picked up early rather than after a fault call.
