This service draws directly on a cellphone and computer parts repair and fault-finding business (2015–2020, ongoing self-employed) — genuine bench-level diagnostic experience with electronics, not just swapping a unit and hoping. The same component-level approach carries across to AV and security system fault-finding: tracing a fault back to its actual cause, whether that’s a failed component, a wiring or termination issue, or a configuration problem, rather than replacing hardware until something happens to work.

Bench and on-site

Repairs are carried out on the bench where a unit can be brought in, or on-site where a system needs diagnosing in place — a camera or alarm system playing up, an AV rack with an intermittent fault, or a network device that keeps dropping out. Every job is carried out with owned test equipment and tools, so diagnosis isn’t held up waiting on hired kit.
